Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please note:

  • The courier company requires payment before handing over the parcel.

  • As per standard COD procedures in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving it, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect contact or address information, our courier partner may attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
